Add a Rotate Document button to the split documents portion

When you are splitting your docs, there should be a feature or option that allows you to rotate the pages. Because sometimes the document will upload sideways.. even though you have rotated the document prior to uploading to skyslope.

We have had additional feedback where users would like to rotate just a single page of the pdf, in addition to being able to rotate the whole document.

Auditors should also be able to rotate documents - when reviewing, I often run across documents that have been scanned in sideways or upside down - it's hard to stand on your head to read the docs!

Or it would be great to rotate the document from any where in the file. Like in the documents section or even in the checklist that way the document can easily be corrected from any where with ease.
