1- TC? There should be a contact space for a Buyer TC and a Seller TC contact info so they can be set up in templates to be ccd all the contract docs.
2- There should be a box to ck that title and escrow are the same. and lender should be after title rep not in-between escrow and title? Im in CA so we are the same so its really redundant but if I just click button the same info is auto populated then that would works fine...
