We NEED a Global Address Book!
This band-aid fix worked for a bit, but now it's just a huge collection of inaccurate, unneeded contact information.
If one of my contacts changes their name or their contact info, or I fat-finger something, I can't edit the current information, I have to add a new contact with the new/corrected information. Now I have multiple contacts with different information.
I can't delete any of the contacts that have errors.
I can't delete people who have died.
I can't delete people who I just would never want to work with again.
I can't use any of the contacts from Forms in DigiSign or SkySlope (Transaction Management).
I can't use any of the contacts from SkySlope in Forms.
Interestingly though, DigiSign shares the contact info with SkySlope, just not Forms!
This request has been on your radar for MANY years now. I personally had 3 different phone conferences on this subject with your development teams - that was nearly 3 years ago. All said it was a top priority at the time.
Please complete this one for real.
