WHY CANT TEXT BE ADDED ON MOBILE?

I find it unfathomable that in 2024 you morons STILL dont allow TEXT to be added to forms when using the MOBILE app or using our phones through the website? What is the reason for this STUPIDITY? Time wasting STUPIDITY? All it takes is adding a fucking box next to where initials and full name already is and saying “text”… its un fucking believeable the amount of time i have wasted having to drive all the way back home because you idiots are stuck in 2001 and dont know how to code an extra box that allows for adding text on mobile. Fix this ASAP or i have 1000 reviewers prepared to screw you idiots over the same way you screw me over when i have to drive all the way back home and solve shit on my computer.
