Slow turn around

While I understand there may be reasons to protect SkySlope, the turnaround time on library documents is far from ideal. Over two, possibly three months ago, I requested SkySlope to obtain and publish our state contract. Yet, there’s still no timeline on when this will be accessible. Today, when following up on our local board’s updated contract, I was informed it’s in the queue, with an additional wait time of 4-6 weeks for our brokerage’s copy.

In a rapidly evolving market, it’s frustrating that the platform we rely on to streamline our operations seems unable to adapt more swiftly.

Yes, it seems SkySlope is worried about its own liabilities while creating them for its customers. Give us permission to modify our own documents, and 90% of this will be resolved.

The wait time is unacceptable. We are out of compliances while waiting weeks or months. This needs to change.
