Many agents end up saving documents into draft envelopes when they only want to make changes to the document itself, not create a new draft envelope. This often results in numerous draft envelopes, many of which are unnamed because the agents didn’t intend to create them. This issue arises because the main actions available—“Save & Exit” and “Prepare Signature”—both save the document into a new envelope.
Currently, the only way to update a document without saving it into a new envelope is to click the small text displaying the file name on the opposite side of the screen. This action saves changes to the document without creating a new envelope.
To address this, I recommend adding a button labeled “Return to File” next to the “Save & Exit” and “Prepare Signature” buttons. This button should provide the same functionality as clicking the file name text, allowing agents to save changes to the document without creating a new draft envelope.

Yes please! I am trying to encourage all our agents to Skyslope forms and they are SO confused by all the envelopes in their file. The just want to make a change to a form and return to their list of forms. Not have an "envelope"

Please add this new button to help us streamline our work. Not having so many saved drafts helps us work more efficiently.

This would be very helpful. It is not intuitive to skip the two button options and use the Skyslope back arrow to avoid creating an envelope.
