Buyer's Agency Compliance

First Request:

I have agents who will be completing the Buyer's Agency Forms before the showing in pen.  I'm charged with maintaining those signed copies based on State Law.  I was going to have them send the forms to the office documents email.  Can a folder be added like the rejected offers called Buyers Agency Agreements for holding those?

Second Request:

When agents use the buyer's agency button to send out the form electronically I have two requests.  Can the Managing Brokers Signature auto apply?  There is an option to review and accept the form.  What about a reject button when there is an error on the form?
