RequesterSince Forms come before Transactions I have a suggestion that I think would be helpful.
You can't see the list of required forms until after you have created your file and it is signed by your clients. If a required form was forgotten or updated, then you have to have them sign it after the fact.
I'm anticipating form updates and possibly new required items are coming, so personal templates will obviously have to be updated. I train a lot and help others in my office. I thought I could get ahead of it if there was a master list of our Brokerage's required forms for each transaction type, that gets updated as requirements change so it could easily be printed/emailed to make sure everyone is compliant.
