Character Count in SOMLS Listing Agreement not working correctly

The SOMLS listing agreements (residential, commercial) Marketing Remarks section is split into 2 and skyslope is not counting the characters correctly. The SOMLS rule is 1000 characters and the character count in Skyslope does not match the character max rule in our MLS.

This has caused some consternation with not only agents in our office but also our clients due to having to rewrite the marketing remarks and resign the listing paperwork.
