Send link to envelope

Here's what I would like to see: an live link that can be emailed to the Agent from the Transaction Coordinator once docs in that envelope have been taken as far as the TC can take them. TC emails the link to the Agent, so 1) Agent sees it been done and 2) Agent has all the docs needed in one place, rather than not noticing that an envelope has already been created, and instead grabbing new documents in a new envelope (and usually forgetting a few key items).
