Happy to work through these on Zoom with someone; these issues are actually impacting my ability to represent clients well as they lead to more errors. I can be reached at [email protected].

  • We can't add a document in the Prepare Signatures section of envelopes.
  • We can't easily go back and forth between Prepare SIgnature and Fill and Send of Envelopes.  We have to leave the envelope with Exit (not Save and Exit) and re-enter the envelope to get back to FIll and Send. And by the way... even if you had previously Saved and Exited with markup done during the Prepare SIgnatures step... those will be GONE.
  • Sharing by email: I would like to be able to USE the contacts I've previously added instead of having to manually type the email address. 
  • Sharing by email: We need this history. We have to be able to prove we sent something. 
  • Skyslope: When creating a transaction in the Transaction Management, we shouldn't need the escrow company and attorney if we are filling in the title company. 
  • If I upload PDFs into Skyslope Forms, I still have to upload them into the transaction in Skyslope Transaction Management?

As mentioned earlier - all great points to improve functionality and efficiency.  Fully support your points - except we don't have escrow in Canada.

The one that I commented on is a litigation waiting to happen - i.e. if contested by the other side as not having received.  I have since then had detailed discussion on the CC sent in a signing session.  Skye was looking at an incorrect marker.  The circle becomes green only if the recipient clicks on the link to view.  However, others - normally click on the attached pdf and not the link button. I explained to them, that it is not important that I know if they have read the email - I only want to know if they sent & received the email.  And that therefore should turn the circle green.  Additionally, I asked that the audit trail cert record the fact that the CCs were sent and IP addressed of those recipients be recorded for full audit trail.  Let's see if it gets done.

Great feedback Nora.  All great points. Need to prove we sent something.  I just posted one today on the subject.

By the way, if you are filling in a form and don't want to save it to an (or multiple envelopes) - the hack it not to save and exit.  Just use the return arrow or back arrow.  The changes are saved but no envelope is created.
