Is there a way to make is easier or more intuitive in the following scenario.
Seller-Jane Doe needs a Personal Representative to sign. Reason does not matter. She has given John Doe authority via a POA.
Seller's Personal Representative - John Doe has been instructed to sign in the following manner: John Doe as Personal Representative of Jane Doe.
My Thought - Enter John as a party to the transaction in Skyslope with the role of SIGNER. By designating John a signer one additional field is included in his data fields. How will documents be signed: John Doe as Personal Representative of Jane Doe.

Would love to see this feature. As a managing broker of 140 agents we weekly have sellers using a power of attorney and there is no legal way to correctly capture their authority in Skyslope forms / Digisign. This is needed.

I "third" this. It's extremely difficult to have POA's sign. I regularly come across them and getting anyone to sign electronically is a pain because you need to have it written and worded a certain way and the text is too long. What can be done to circumnavigate this?

Seconding this. I also experience this need on a weekly basis. Sometimes the signer is not signing with their own name, please give us a solution that allows them to sign with a title.

This feature is GREATLY needed for drafting (signature line vs. printed name) and for e-signing! We have Power of Attorney files and LLC files on a weekly basis and desperately need a better way for our brokerage to let them draft and e-sign documents.
