RequesterRecently I created a transaction for a team member who was away. I tried to set them as the owner as its their client and will be their file when they return, but of course if i'm creating the file I am going to do it the way I do it, my templates, my clauses etc. When selecting them as the owner I was unable to use my templates even though I was the one creating. They don't actually use skyslope forms so they infact had no templates for me to choose from.. for expediency I had to create the form under my own ownership just so I could use my templates. There is also no method to move a transaction from owner to owner after it's created, so this file now sits in my account and the other agent has no access to it now that they've returned.
Either the ability to create for them with my templares or the ability to create it on my account and move it to their account would have solved the issue. You also cannot share a single transaction with the other agent, I would have to share my entire transaction history with them to give the access to this one transaction.

RequesterHi Charleigh,
That's a good question.
Kind of unrelated to bring able to create an envelope for someone else with my template but from both a brokerage and a team perspective it would certainly be beneficial to be create a shared library of templates. Ideally a broker or admin should be able to create templates that are accessible to the entire brokerage and a team should be able to create templates that are accessible to their team of those they choose to share it with. I would not suggest live access to the template though, but rather a like template they could use as is, with an option to duplicate said template into their own folder and than customize and rename.

AgentHi Luc!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Are there any other instances where you might need to share templates that come to mind?
Thanks again and have a great day!
