RequesterThere appears to be no way to add or change contact information in an envelope without trashing it and starting again.. this could come up if you say mis-spell the client email address.. or if the client instructd you to use a different email address after the fact. While it does allow you to edit the contact, and it looks like it saves, the change does not seem to propagate to the existing envelope. When you resend it it continues to send to the original email address.. This also prevents you from drafting the offer while waiting for the contact info, as the offer is drafted within the envelope, so you are forced to abandon all work and start a new envelope once you add or change the contact info.
In other forms products the form creation is outside the envelope, you are able to type in info, add clauses etc, and than send into an envelope so even if you have to trash the envelope you don't have to trash the forms you've filled out.

AgentHi Luc!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! At this time, contact changes made within Forms will not reflect in an active DigiSign envelope. However, if you need to make changes to the email address for an envelope signer, you can do so in the DigiSign sidebar pictured below.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime! They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117. I'll also get this recorded for our product management team to take a look at the connection between Forms and DigiSign.
Thanks again and have a great day!
