RequesterHas SkySlope decided to change the way they handle customer calls? Since April 2023, I have not been able to get a customer service representative right away when calling for assistance. Instead, I am asked to leave a message and told someone will call me. Is this how SkySlope is handling customer service calls going forward? Or is this a temporary arrangement due to low staffing or cost cutting?

RequesterI have tried you multiple times on an off-peak time and still unable to reach anyone. Could you please confirm that you provide customer support 24 hours a day?

Thank you so much for reaching out! We have not made any changes to the way customer calls are handled. There are peak times of day when the team experience high call volume however, and during those time you may be asked to leave a voicemail. The team does call back these users as soon as possible though so please always leave a message so they are able to assist you!
