Is there someway to override commercial "Total Lease Price"?

We need to be able to put in total lease price that is not auto generated based on square footage vs price per square foot. This is obviously important information but the auto calculation does not work with multiple lease years or prorated rents. And it does not show the true Lease sales price for broker reports.

Please advise.
