RequesterHello, I work on a team of 11 agents. The listing coordinator and I work under our team lead's account. There should be multiple "alternate email/contact info" fields under "my account" so all of the admin who work in their team lead's accounts, which pretty much all of them do, are able to receive communication from SkySlope accordingly. Currently there is only one alternate option. There should be at least 4 alternate options to be team friendly and depending on the size of the team. Our home office should be able to choose the person who they really need to communicate with...Lisa the Transaction Coordinator or Ashley the Listing Coordinator etc. This program assumes that the lead agent should get all of the communication. He does not want all of the communication, or any of it for that matter. That is what we get paid for :) Thank you!
