RequesterHello! It would be wonderful to create a contact card for our clients. In this market buyer's may write on multiple homes before they get one, having to input all their information every time we submit a new offer is time consuming and down right annoying. I should be able to select the client I am working with and then import the MLS data. Additionally, some clients do repeat business or are buyers and sellers so this feature just makes great sense!
Secondly, here in Missouri at least, all the forms require the offer date to be put on it. When I am half way through a deal, I usually can't remember what day I wrote the offer, so I have to go back and look it up to draft my next form. It would be great to add it to the envelope for that particular deal so it automatically populates on any documents moving forward.
Third, when I client does not get a deal, it would be great to transfer documents from one envelope to another. For example their buyer's agency contract. If they don't win 123 main st, I would love to move their buyer's agency to the envelope of 456 main street if thats the next home the write on so all their documents stay together.
Fourth, it would be great to be able to view the signed documents inside the system without having to download them.
Fifth, I would love to be able to add my admin to always receive a copy of signed docs with out having to manually add her every time.
And... Last but not least, it would be great to have some sort of splitting inside of forms, if I have a client who signs their buyer agency, internal company docs, their offer and disclosures in one file, it would be great to separate out the internal company docs from the offer docs. As it stands I have to download everything either separately or all together. It would be great to be able to have some type of control of which documents I want to combine or split after they are signed to work more efficiently.
I would be delighted to talk with anyone there or show them what I am talking about, as I have had the benefit of these features on other systems I have used.
