Setting up conditional logic for forms

This is a vital feature for DocuSign when it comes to forms like the Sellers Disclosures. For example, text fields that state "If no, please explain" - so if the seller clicks the "no" checkbox the text field unlocks and becomes mandatory for them to enter something.
