We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterThis is a vital feature for DocuSign when it comes to forms like the Sellers Disclosures. For example, text fields that state "If no, please explain" - so if the seller clicks the "no" checkbox the text field unlocks and becomes mandatory for them to enter something.

AgentHi Billy!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. After taking a closer look, we wanted to reach back out to you. I see that you currently have NWMLS and OREF forms enabled in SkySlope Forms. Both of these libraries are enabled with the conditional logic you described in our application Breeze.
Breeze is an amazing tool that can be used to send disclosures and ensure they are completed correctly. Check out our training materials on how to use Breeze here! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime! They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.
Thank you so much and happy SkySloping!
