In order to manage form templates, We need access to Forms. However, none of our admins are agents and thus do not have NRDS numbers.
The current workaround of "borrowing" an agent's NRDS number has a few problems;
It seems..illegal/unethical/at least violates the intent of having to have the number to access the forms.
We operate across multiple states, so managing form templates involves "borrowing" from more than just one agent.
An admin borrows the number, then forgets to link it back to the agent, who then is in an emergency situation on a weekend and can't remember how to link it back themselves (I know, it's easy, but agents don't seem to care for anything working differently than it did yesterday).
It just causes unnecessary work and complication from a system that's supposed to be designed to lighten the workload and ease complication.
It would be great to have an "Admin / Non-NRDS License" to access the forms. It has exactly the same licensing implications as borrowing a number, without all of the hassle.
