RequesterIs there a way to update the forms inside a template to the latest version of that form without creating a whole new template. Every time I use a template it tells me that I am using an outdated version and asks if I want to update it but when I go into the template it does not give me an option to update the version of the forms that is in the template itself.

You will need to edit the template, once you are there you can update the form, then hit save & it will no longer show the message.
Please see below a screenshot of where you can edit the template:
