RequesterI've been a longtime dotloop user and recently made the change over to digisign/forms as that is what is provided by our broker. I have to say that there are a few things that are a bit antiquated when comparing to other systems that I feel should be addressed in order to ensure a more user friendly experience.
1. We should be able to upload documents that we use on a daily basis, create and save a template with usable text and signature boxes.
2. All parties to the transaction that may need documents ie: lenders, attorneys, tc's we should have the ability to send documents to these parties without having to download and send through email.
These are 2 funcitons thats that I feel are very important to busy agents and would be greatly appreciated... I know that my team of 30 are quite frustrated that these funcitons are not part of the platform.
