Forms Pending Signatures

Bumping this feature request. Being able to see all my outstanding envelopes from the Forms dashboard would be really helpful.

I totally concur with this request and was preparing to submit on my own before finding this thread.

Here are screenshots of how ZipForms has a Dashboard highlighting unsigned forms, as well as other relevant data that may be pulled from Forms or Skyslope Transactions. This would be so helpful!

1. would you envision this accessible from the Forms home screen?

i would envision being able to see this from the forms homescreen, yes. perhaps a new tab next to files that is specifically called "envelopes" or "sent" similar to tabs in the digisign modules or the envelopes tab within each file within forms.

2. What details would you expect to see for each envelope (ie. signers, property address, etc.)?

i'd expect to see property address and name of each individual envelope, a button to be able to "remind" or "resend", void the envelope or correct.

Included a few screenshots from DocuSign which i think is the industry leading software for e-signature platforms. You can see how when there is a pending file it shows you how many signers need to sign, the name of the document / file or in Forms point of view would include either the name of the file or the name of the envelope (or both), and then the option to resend.

if the envelope was sent to the user sending it, the default button is 'sign'. if it is to another user waiting it shows a button you can click on who youre waiting on and the ability for the default button to be 'resend.' let me know if you need any additional feedback. i have received this request from multiple agents, especially our high performing agents with 20-30 files open at once. a
