Repair List on the Amendment form

What options do we have when inputting a long list of repairs in the amendment to contract form? We are limited with characters in paragraph 2. I have seen where it automatically generates an "Exhibit A" blank sheet showing the rest of the repair list so we do not have to create a separate word document and then upload it along with the amendment to the contract form.
