PLEASE create something so that the limited TC's can impersonate agents to create forms for them.  Logging in and out of forms and digisign  to change to other is fraught with problems and glitches.  It would make life sooooo much easier if TC can switch between agents without logging out of their own account in order to create forms from the agents form files and send envelopes.

I work with 10 agents currently they are all at same brokerage but not on same team. I don’t know what transaction management tc access feature is but I am in the system as limited tc so I have to log into and out of each agent if they want me to create and send forms on their behalf.

Hi Jen and Bill!

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! We understand that this feature is very important for your business and its development is one of our highest priorities. We cannot provide a date at this time to ensure TC Access is at it's best iteration when it is released.

Jen, couple of questions for you -

  • How many agents do you work with? Are they at different brokerages?
  • Do you utilize the SkySlope Digital Transaction Management TC Access feature?
  • Would you be willing to speak more with our team about TC Access within SkySlope Forms?

We'll be sure to keep you both informed of any updates!

Thanks again and have a great day!

I have been told this is coming from almost day one of signing up.  In fact, I even paid an additional fee to get Inpersination and some other services, but still have not seen impersonation.  The other caveat is that no one can tell you a time frame for anything.
