RequesterSo we work with a entity buyer/seller regularly. When I'm inputting information for them as the buyer or seller, it will make all signatures come out as the entity name instead of the signature of the signing representative. Major flaw in trying to streamline this. In addition, a lot of the documents we have auto fill the information on "buyer" or "seller" lines instead of on the "entity buyer" or "entity seller" line. It would be much simpler if when I click "this is an entity...." in the contact fill boxes for the whole forms to reset to an autofill for entity buyers and sellers. Just a suggestion from someone who is doing 3-5 or more entity transactions a month
Thanks!

RequesterIt sounds like this issue has been raised with you before but when you are dealing with an entity there should be a way to have the entity name appear once and have multiple signers. Often trustees are going to be a husband and a wife. We don't need the trust name to appear on both buyer lines, we just need the trustee to be able to sign.
Thanks, Maureen Lindenau

AgentHi Stephen!
Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this additional context. This feature is planned for development later this year, and we will circle back once completed. Please understand that priorities do change, which could be delayed to a later date. As of now, it is planned for development.
Thanks again and have a great day!

RequesterI see this is posted as of 9 months ago, but the problem this agent is reporting is still the same. Is there really anything being worked on here? I am an agent/investor and have my own LLC I buy and sell properties with and what this agent describes is just redundant and time-consuming. If it's an entity seller/buyer it needs to be set to auto-populate just the entity fill in fields, but utilize the entity representative for signing. Very cumbersome.

AgentHi Lanisha!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Improvements to entity signers in DigiSign is something that is on our teams radar. We'll be sure to let you know of any progress. Would you be open to speaking with our team if any additional feedback is needed?
In the meantime, as a workaround, once in the prepare signature step, you can click the 3 dots near the Recipients bar to edit the signers. By clicking the pencil next to the appropriate signer, you can edit their name and email address.
Thanks again and have a great day!
