We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterThere is a packet of info that I send to clients that doesn't require signature - the brochures and sample documents. As it stands, I do not have the ability to email something from Forms without requiring signature until I convert it to a Transaction. That can't happen until a buyer, for instance, is under contract, which may take several attempts to achieve. Many of these such interactions never convert to a Transaction, but I still am required to provide this information.
Another example is submitting an offer. After the offer and supporting documents are signed, we have to download the documents and email them separately by attaching them via our outside email service. We have to do this every time we submit an offer.
It is very cumbersome to have to work around something that happens routinely with every interaction. This ability was available to us when we used ZipForms, and now it has created extra steps in what should be an easy part of the process.

AgentHi Heidi!
Tyler here from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Being able to send documents without requiring signatures make sense and we appreciate you giving us examples of how this feature would be useful in your workflow. I have documented this for our product manager to take a look to see how this would work.
Thanks again and have a great day!
