RequesterOur Team does a great deal of Arizona Leases both Short Term Seasonal as well as Long Term.
Adding the Disclosures specific to Rentals in Arizona would be so helpful, as I know the Retail documents will be a great feature for Listings in Arizona.
Specific AAR Documents include, but are not limited to:
1. Residential Lease Owner's Property Disclosure Statement
2. Lead-Based Hazards Disclosure Rentals
3. Move-In Move-Out Condition Checkslist
