Please change it so that envelopes aren't created when they aren't needed. Specifically, whenever an agent clicks "save and exit" after making even the slightest change to a document, a new envelope is created. Also, today I downloaded a form that I had filled out, and an envelope was created. All I wanted to do was print the form. I didn't need another envelope. It's very easy to end up with a ton of "draft" envelopes, all with the same name. Envelopes really only need to exist as a result of e-signing. I'm a trainer in my office, and envelopes are causing a ton of unnecessary confusion. I have basically told everyone just to ignore the "save and exit" option. Documents auto-save anyway, so "save and exit" is unnecessary. Better would be a "back to file" button, which would take the user back to the client's main file page.
