When Selling Agents send back a ratified purchase agreement, they usually send back one .pdf with a ton of different forms.  It would be nice if we could split it out in the Forms area instead of only being able to split in Skyslope on the transaction side.

There are workarounds for this on both Mac and Windows, but it would be a fantastic feature to have. Our previous forms software added this a while back, and it gets used all the time. It eliminated the need to split docs  before uploading them to send out for signature.

Adding to that, it would be nice to rearrange the docs and be able to rotate them as well. A huge majority of an agent's forms work does not originate inside the forms app. It's emailed to them, often as Vicky stated above, in a single, poorly oriented and unordered PDF.

Hi Charleigh,

It is every time I get a signed contract back and I am primarily a Buyers Agent. I will send an offer in 5 separate .pdf's.;  RPA, Addendum, Contingency Removal, RCSD, etc.  The Listing agent then sends it back signed in one large .pdf.  It happens to me every time.

Hi Victoria!

Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. Question for you - how frequently are you receiving .pdfs like you described? Looking forward to your reply!

Thanks again and have a great day!
