RequesterThis would be a useful option for a lot of the agents in my office. While it would be great for the agents to populate the whole file and get their paperwork together in one shot, unfortunately that's not always a possibility. Having access to their full library of documents would simplify things for them a lot. Also having the option to either just download blank or fill out in these instances would be ideal.

AgentHey SkySlopers!
Great news - the ability to browse libraries is now available! With this new feature, SkySlope Forms users can now view, download, and print forms without first needing to create a file. Additionally, these forms can be added to any existing or new files. Click here to learn more!
Have a great day and happy SkySloping!

RequesterWe have the same issue. Our agents may run into the same circumstance where they just need a couple forms and don't have time to open a file. We also have other cases where, 1) an agent is merely presenting a listing. If they are forced to open a file first and the client does not end up signing, they now have a file opened that isn't needed. 2) Agents also need to pull certain forms that do not require a file - for example a Referral Agreement where they are sending the client to another agent, a termination of Agency Form where they are not going to represent the client, etc. They don't need a file but are forced to create one in order to access the form they need. 3) We also have more traditional agents who prefer to do some paperwork by hand or have clients who need documents printed out.

RequesterThanks for getting back to me. I'm finding this to be a common occurrence in situations where the agents are in a rush to get to a listing presentation or showing, etc. when they just need to grab a form and run out the door with it. While this isn't a huge deal, it's very frustrating to the agents in the moment. When they only need that one form, I generally find they're not ready to create the file for it or it's not in the premade templates anyway. Access to just a form library they can download from would make things much easier for them.

AgentHi Angelina!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. I have some ideas about use cases, but wanted to hear your thoughts as well. When do you typically find that an agent will need access to forms within their templates without creating a file? Looking forward to your reply!
Thanks again and have a great day!
