RequesterI am using OREF forms in your Form App and found that the annual updates to the forms in my Templates do not update automatically. Worse, there is no way to update all forms in a Template with a single click either.
As it stands, I have to get into every Template I set up before and manually update each form to the required use of 2022 versions.
Since there is no utility in using templates with expired forms (one may even argue that an agent/broker may not use outdated forms at all to begin with), updating forms in every template should be automatic on the date of the new forms taking effect and would come with no liability/risk to SkySlope.

RequesterI'm glad to see this issue posted. We are a fairly large brokerage and I work internally for our office as a License & Compliance officer to maintain and manage our agents, which includes updating our brokerage forms library. This is now the single biggest complaint I receive nearly every day from agents. They are frustrated in having to constantly affirm to update to a new form version, are unclear on how to do so, or don't understand that this is not automatic. Having a feature where the update is automatic would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
