Requester1. there is no reason why we have to click "initial" every time i want to put the same persons initial down.
2. When i mark something that needs to be filled in it is not lined up when it's time to sign. i have to go back and see what i wanted filled in. it also states "optional". it is not optional.

AgentHi Rita!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating when things don't work as expected. We appreciate your patience as we work towards making Forms and DigiSign a more user intuitive experience. Would you be open to speaking more with our team about your experience?
Also, can you please confirm which form you are using? The initials may be something we can address on our end. In the meantime, I'd like to offer a possible workaround for clicking the initial button every time. I recommend copy and pasting the initial field using ctrl+c and ctrl+v. Just to make sure I'm understanding your second point, when you say "lined up," are you referring to not receiving a prompt to fill the field in when completing the rest of the signatures?
Thanks again and have a great day!
