Enable the ability to rename envelopes from the hamburger menu

In my experience:

When creating an envelope and sending it out, the system only uses the name of the file (automatically).

When creating an envelope and choosing to 'Save & Exit', the system allows you to name the envelope. 

This is a great feature that allows us to quickly see what contents are inside of the envelope (if named appropriately).

However, often (due to writing so many offers for buyers, or having to sign amendments during a listing) there can be so many envelopes that it's hard to tell which envelope is the one you're looking for -- and you have to play Russian roulette until you find the correct one.

If we could add this as an option in the hamburger menu of the envelope (the three dots; where download options are), I think that it would make Skyslope a more efficient system to use.

Hi Susan,

Thank you so much for reaching out and providing this additional context! When you say delete items, are you referring to cancelled envelopes? At this time, cancelled envelopes from Forms are unable to be deleted. As for renaming envelopes, while you cannot rename envelopes after they have been sent for signature, you can rename them when this screen appears after clicking "Prepare Signature."

I hope this tool can aid your workflow as we continue to make improvements to envelopes in Forms. In the meantime, I've recorded this feedback and we'll continue to monitor this post for additional comments and upvotes.

I was chatting with help forever yesterday to no avail..All of the items that I've sent to be signed are named the same (the clients name). How are we suppose to know what documents those are if we can't rename them. I.E. signed agency agreement or ratified contract?

Also...How do you delete items? Two are "cancelled" and I'd like them gone from the transaction.
