RequesterAfter a client has signed and an envelope is completed in forms, the only options are to view history, download a single pdf of the docs, download individual pdfs in a zip file or download certificate. Agents need the ability to select individual documents from the envelope and send them out or download. For example, if I'm representing a buyer and the buyer signs an offer and all the supporting paperwork and I need to submit just the offer and one other doc to the seller's agent, there should be an easy way to just select those two docs and send them right from forms or download a pdf of just those two docs.

RequesterThank you Charleigh! I did think of that, but in this market an agent can have several offers on different properties for the same buyer before it actually becomes a transaction. It would be counter productive to create a transaction for every offer sent just for the ability to pick and choose forms to send. Then if the offer wasn't accepted they would have to cancel the transaction.

AgentHi Justine!
Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! This makes a lot of sense. I've documented your request and we'll also monitor this post for upvotes and comments. In the meantime, I wanted to offer a potential workaround.
If you create a Forms file and then create a SkySlope listing/transaction property file using the Forms file data, it will link the two. You will then be able to find completed documents from Forms within your SkySlope file in the Documents tab separated into individual forms.
Thanks again and have a great day!
