I did a practice with the Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Form, some adjustments are needed:
Line I B: only allows you to enter an actual street address. I need to be able to type in just county names, i.e., "New Haven County, Middlesex County". A second problem with this line is that when I typed in my office address on page 3, that address autofilled Line 1 B - definite mistake there.
Line II A: Date should be written in words to avoid any confusion, i.e., not 01/02/2022 but January 2, 2022. European clients read 01/02/2022 as February 1, 2022.
Line VI: checkmark after DigiSigning is huge and in wrong place. Fee amounts, whether $ or % should have text option not just numeric.
I can send the sample form I did if needed as reference.
