Currently our agents are using FORMS to prepare listings agreements and sale agreements. Right now to go from FORMS to skyslope (when you represent both sides), there is no way to automatically integrate the contact information or executed documents from BOTH FORMS files. You can only automatically import the Listing side, and then have to manually enter all of the buyer info again... even though it's already in FORMS. You also have to download and then upload any Buyer specific forms from FORMS into Skyslope. This seems so ridiculous when the technology is already there to connect the two. I understand that not all states allow Dual Agency, but Oregon does. This is something that my brokerage wants to see fixed ASAP.
