RequesterI'm a licensed realtor, but the main part of my job is being a TC for a team of agents. I can't access forms from my TC Skyslope account. Not because I don't have a NRDS ID, but because I don't pay for any licensing for RMLS, WVMLS, or OREF. As a realtor, that mostly works as a TC and bringing in referrals, I just don't need to have licensing for forms. I only create and send forms for the agents on our team. However, even if I did pay all the fees for my own licensing for RMLS, WVMLS, and OREF, then they would be in my name and not the realtors I'm sending documents for. I want to work in forms as a TC with the same access I get when working from Skyslope as a TC.
