Hi Michael!
Bailey from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! Once a listing is no longer active, the data is only stored for a limited amount of time which is why you may not be able to import from an old MLS number.
Thanks again and have a great day!

Hey, I use Stellar MLS in Central Florida and when i go to input a listing and desire to use an old MLS number it doesn't find it!  I really do not desire to have to input the entire listing information again. am I missing something?

Hello,

I reached out on Support Chat and was told I should post here. In all honesty, MLS autofill is imperative to the product. If my brokerage didn't require us to use skyslope I would use something else. Filling out sales forms and file management shouldn't be this difficult. It's literally the main thing this product is supposed to do.

I use RMLS (portland) and very few things autofill from our mls.

Items to map over to skyslope please:

1. Listing agent information ( Office address, license number, phone number)

2. Seller name/names

3. County

4. Tax ID number

Is this too much to ask for? am I better off going back to zipforms?

Hi Katie!

Kallie from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback!

Information that is imported is predetermined by the MLS. Could you provide the MLS that you're using so we can look further into this?

If it continues to be working incorrectly please reach out to our 24/7 support team and they can assist! support.skyslope.com

Thanks again and have a great day!

Please allow ALL information to be transferred.  IF there is two agents, import them both With an AAA form included.  ALL information need to be transferred.  Office, emails, DRE #s.  nothing imports of relivance to the contract. not even the APN#  which easily get transposed.

I am in Oregon and Skyslope does pull some information from RMLS. However, it is so limited in what data it does auto-populate it's practically useless.

The following are not auto-populated:

Seller's Agent information: Agents license number, Office Name, Office address, Office brokerage license number etc.

Property tax lot number, seller's names

Not to mention my own information. I tried making a template for purchases and filled in all my own information, but yet when I apply that template to a new transaction none of the fields are filled in, only the documents in the template are added to the transaction.

Without this capability, Skyslope is just a glorified cloud storage.

Hi Laura!

We're not currently receiving that information from the MLS which is why it's not populating in Forms. However, our Forms team is currently exploring options to see how we might make this data available. We will be sure to keep you updated on any progress!

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
