Forms: need to expand Offer Text to a new page when writing contracts

There are a few MA forms that have text boxes where agents can free-type conditions. The most common one is the offer form: Contract to Purchase form (MAR 501) section 9 - Additional Terms.

There are situations where the agent needs more than approx 275 characters available. This is a critical feature for agents and it needs to be fast/easy since offer writing is one of those things that we are always in a hurry to get done.

In our previous forms tool the agent can type as much as the want and then during the signing step, the overflow text isn't visible on the form, however during the Signing or Download actions, the text is automatically broken & the words "Continued .... See Addendum Additional Terms 1" is added into the text box. The overflow text is then added into an MAR Addendum Form that w/ the string "1) Additional Terms" followed by the text that didn't fit on the 1st form. It is a somewhere weird way to solve this but it works really well because it allows agent to concentrate on their task (getting the offer ready for signing) & they don't have to worry about adding a second form and splitting the text across forms.

The only other form I can think of that critically needs this are the Purchase and Sale Agreements. There might be others.

If you need more details or a demo on this, do not hesitate to ask!

Hey Christine!

Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. We've recently released an Auto-Add Addenda feature for Ontario and California. We will take your request into account and be sure to keep you updated when this feature is available for MAR Forms!!

Thanks again and have a great day!
