RequesterToday I had a presentation from one of your competitors and when the State rolls out changes to an existing form it automatically updates to the templates in their library. When will Skyslope have this ability?

RequesterYes, some kind of notification system is needed such as an email and a notification when logging in the broker account. Currently unless you are in the templates or a file trying to add a form, you don't know there is an updated form. Since brokers are not consistently in there creating templates or forms, we end up getting notified by our agents there is an update. Sometimes agents go all weekend without access to the updated form because we were not notified there was an update during business hours.
I am not sure why it would not just auto-update in all places. There should be 2 types of scenarios.
If it is new legal form either by the state or the broker and is the only one that should be used then it should auto update. Agents should not be allowed to use a form that is no longer the legal version. The next time agent logs in, notify them that there is a new legal version of the form so they can then go investigate the differences if there are not aware of the change.
Forms just needing formatting or mapping errors to being fixed should be treated differently. Those should just auto-update without any notification to the agents, just a notification to the broker to know it was fixed.

RequesterThe form does auto-update, but and admin has to go in and accept the update to the form. There is not any type of notification that the form has been updated unless your rep contacts you a day or two after the form has been updated.

AgentHi Denise!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify, are you inquiring whether updates to forms from the association will automatically update in templates you create in SkySlope Forms? If so, the answer is yes! Any time our Forms team publishes a new version of a form, your templates and files will update. But please let me know if I've misunderstood or can clarify anything.
Thank you!
