it would be nice to access and fill out a form without having to create a file for it.
Also finding a way that files that are created do not need to be downloaded and then uploaded back into skyslope.

Hi Dianna!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out!
I've documented you feedback regarding access to forms without creating a file.
Regarding downloading and uploading into SkySlope, I wanted to highlight that you can indeed link a Forms file to a listing/transaction file in SkySlope.
You'll first need to create a Forms file, then when you click Create Listing/Transaction, you can select the Forms file from which to import the data.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime! They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.

You'll first need to create a Forms file, then when you click Create Listing/Transaction, you can select the Forms file from which to import the data.
Once completed, all fully executed forms from the Forms file will automatically populate in the Documents tab in the listing/transaction file! I've included a video tutorial on this here for your reference.
