WVMLS Listing agent detail pull

Hi , when merging an Oregon residential sales contract, with WVMLS data, from the MLS - address pulls ok, but could better pull the "direction" which is critical in many addresses in Oregon. Example - 345 7th Av. SE Salem OR - "SE" Doesn't feed from the MLS listing.

Also, more critical please- the listing broker detail does not pull over from the MLS either. This includes the listing agent name, agency, address, phone & email. Can we add that feature please?
