NEW FEATURE ON ENVELOPES

Kylee, there's no reason to have a Save and Exit button or a Save as Draft button, given that changes save automatically. We just need one button that takes us back to the first page of the file, where all of the documents are listed. Once all of our documents are filled in, then we can send the documents to the client to sign. No need for multiple envelopes.

Yes I completely agree.  Most often I will prepare documents with signatures ahead of time(such as disclosures), this saves me time in the future.  Is there a way to do this in Skylope without sending multiple envelopes to the client to sign? (or combine envelopes so the client just gets one email?)

I agree with this suggestion!  I am spending so much time creating and deleting extra envelopes that aren't needed. I would also like to be able to add documents to an envelope!

I can see how it would make sense to create the envelope once we are to the "Prepare Signature" stage. Hi Kylee - thank you for the screenshot/reply. I agree w/ Jeffrey - I wish an Envelope wasn't created/started UNTIL choosing "Prepare Signature" . 

As agents we tend to fill in forms in advance as much as possible. & then when it is time to send, start the signing process.

I wanted to let you know it is possible to exit the fill page without creating a new envelope. To do so, click on the back button ( < symbol ) in the upper left, then click "Exit" instead of "Save and Exit" in the popup modal instead. I've included a screenshot here for reference!

However, I do realize this isn't the obvious choice given the "Save & Exit" button at the bottom of the page. I'd love to hear more about how you'd prefer to see this set up! For example, would you like to see an "Exit" button and a "Save as Draft" button at the bottom of the page? Or is there another way we could set this up that would be clearer?
