I am a Broker Associate with Century 21 Northside. I am in charge of the property management division. The bulk of my work is done with mangement agreements and lease documents. There is no option for Landlord's representative or property manager signatures. Only Seller agent or Buyer agent. I have to manually enter boxes for my initials and signature on every document. Can this be added and automated?
If I add text boxes and check boxes to documents, does the system require the signer to fill in each box before they can complete the signing? I am getting alot of documents coming back with initials and signatures but the boxes are not being filled.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out with this feedback! I've included my responses to your questions below:

1. Currently, our forms are mapped with the Landlord's Representative tagged as the Seller's Agent. I can understand how it could be helpful to allow agents to assign additional contact roles for signing. I've documented this request and will monitor this post for upvotes and comments.

2. Checkboxes and Text Boxes can be grouped and have rules applied in DigiSign. If you click on the textbox/ or checkbox, you can choose who the assignee is, as well as uncheck the "optional field" option to make it required. Within SkySlope Forms, many documents being sent via DigiSign already have required checkboxes assigned - if there are specific forms that you notice should include these required checkboxes, please let us know, and we can look into updating those for you!
