We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterWas the ability to download a blank form ever created? I really need this feature. Transaction Desk has it. And as of now I still have to create the unsigned form in Transaction Desk, download it, then upload it to my already created Skyslope file, then send it out through digisign

AgentHello Nikki!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out!
If you access your forms via SkySlope Forms, you will be able to download a blank form from your Forms file. Click the blue "Create New File" button, then click "Add Forms" - click on the name of the form from the dropdown list, then the "Download" and "Print" buttons will appear in the upper right corner.
You'll also have the option to fill out and send all your forms for signature digitally via SkySlope Forms. I've included our SkySlope Forms tutorial page here for your reference!
If you have any questions or need any assistance with this process, please feel free to reach out to our rock-star Support team anytime. They're available anytime via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at [email protected], or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.
I'd also like to know a bit more about your current workflow - do you typically fill out your forms in Transaction Desk then send for signature via DigiSign? Or do you download a completely blank form and fill by hand before uploading? Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
