RequesterWhen you enter the offer date it does not enter automatically in the addendums and attachments. We have to go in and manually enter each date. It seems this should be an easy fix if looked into.

Thank you for your suggestion. We understand your request and how important it is to mitigate duplicative data entry. Currently, in our Forms platform, we expect the contract date to be automatically added on Addenda and other documentation where possible.
Are you able to provide the name of the library, and specific form name(s) where you are noticing this information is missing so that we can look further into this issue?
