In Forms, There needs to be a change on the purchase agreement so if you check buyer agent the form fills out as it is now but when you check intermediary, the agent info on the left side stays blank and then the info buyer representative info on bottom right then is able to be filled in.

Rignt now in Forms,  the system makes you have something ob the left side and if you delete it, it takes the buyer representative info off all the forms.  We tried just leaving initals and it changed the other forms.  If you have questions call Judy at 940-456-6144

When you start a forms file, in addition to who you represent, presently you buyer or seller, can't you add Buyer As an Intermediary?  Then make it so that the agent's info on the Purchase Agreement only goes in the bottom section on the right at the top of page 8 and the listing agent info above Seems like an easy fix to me.

Hi again Judy!

Our Forms team is investigating solutions to allow conditional mapping as called for on this form. In the meantime, we have published a separate intermediary version for your convenience, currently titled "One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) - Intermediary - TREC" in the TREC library. We will notify you with any updates.

Thank you and have a great day!
