Once we have a signed document in Forms, the only way to get it into SkySlope is to download, then upload into skyslope.  This seems terribly inefficient.  Would love to have email functionality to email directly to the Skyslope transaction.

Hi Jill!

Thank you for your comment! All signed documents from Forms will automatically populate in the Documents tab of the specific property file in SkySlope! From there, you can click the Assign or Split and Assign button to assign your documents to the Checklist.

Kindest regards,

Kasey, Product Operations

Emailing directly from forms to a skyslope file would be awesome especially for agents with teams and assistance, as they are not able to see the agent's forms. Skyslope is an amazing product but needs to tweaking ASAP. Agents are very frustrated.

Hi Margie!

Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out!

  • If you create a Forms file, then create the property file (listing or transaction file) in SkySlope, the system will ask you if you'd like to use the Forms file data to create the property file. If you do so, all signed documents from Forms will automatically populate in the Documents tab of the property file. From there, you can click the Assign button to assign to the Checklist.
  • Our team is currently looking into a solution for the reverse of this situation - if you created the property file and then created the Forms file. We'll be sure to reach out once this is available.

Have a great day!
