Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! I've included a video tutorial here on creating a SkySlope property file using the data from your Forms file. https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046688031-Create-SkySlope-Files-with-Forms-Data
When you click "Create Transaction", the system prompt you with a pop-up window titled "Choose how you would like to create your file". In this window, you can select the SkySlope Forms tab and select your Forms file.
After doing so, all forms fully executed via your Forms file will automatically populate in the "Documents" tab in the SkySlope transaction file after signing is completed.
